The design of the facility has been developed to respond to the existing topography, creating a 90MW data centre facility with four double storey and two single storey data halls. These are set into the ground and carefully landscaped, to blend into the surroundings. The extensive landscaping, new planting and habitats will result in a biodiversity net gain of circa 130% which is significantly above the current government target of at least 10%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The design also facilitates improving a section of bridleway on the Denham Road and providing an extensive network of paths adjacent to Seven Hills Road to link and form connections with the existing network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The proposals have been created and designed by Apt Architects, and Cameo Landscape Architects both of whom are recognised for their high quality, innovative and environmentally sustainable designs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
