The property is a c.45-acre island site of brownfield land bordered to the south by the M25 to the east by the Denham Road and to the north by the Seven Hills Road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The bulk of the site is used for commercial activities including, construction, manufacturing, demolition, concrete crushing, earth grading, logistics and heavy plant machinery training. These existing uses generate high levels of HGV and commercial traffic on the local road system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There are multiple large buildings, warehouses, workshops, offices and hard standings across the site used to facilitate existing operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The area to the southeast of the site was historically quarried for ballast used in the construction of the M25 and subsequently infilled with inert waste including 4 land fill cells, these cells have been capped and vented. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
