Welcome

This website outlines the proposals to transform the existing Shannon Group site and adjacent land into a new data centre and training facility, restoring, regreening and planting the land. The proposals will provide much greater biodiversity and public access to a large part of the site which is currently entirely private.

We are grateful for the feedback received during the recent consultation process and pleased by the positive reception to our proposals, this engagement helped and informed the further design of the scheme.

We have now submitted our application, incorporating this feedback into the design.
